Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after successful payment.
• After dispatch, delivery normally takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination PIN code and courier network.
• Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
• Remote-area serviceability, weather, public disruption or courier delays can extend these estimates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the phone number or email supplied at checkout. Customers may also contact official WhatsApp support with their order ID.

Please enter a complete address and reachable phone number. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, the phone was unreachable or delivery was refused, any reshipping charge will be confirmed before dispatch.

Problems with delivery

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, or if the package appears tampered with, contact us within 48 hours. Keep the packaging and share photos or an unboxing video where possible so we can raise the issue with the courier.

Risk of loss passes to the customer after confirmed delivery at the address supplied during checkout, subject to applicable consumer law.
