Privacy policy

Your data stays on a need-to-know basis

This policy explains how LazeWolf handles information when you browse, order or contact us.

Effective 7 September 2026

Information we collect

  • Order and contact data: name, email, phone number, delivery address, PIN code and order notes.
  • Transaction data: order value, Razorpay payment references and payment status. We do not receive your UPI PIN, CVV or complete card credentials.
  • Support data: messages, photos and other information you choose to send through WhatsApp.
  • Basic technical data supplied by hosting and security services, such as IP address, device/browser data and request logs.

Why we use it

  • To process payment, fulfil and deliver orders, provide tracking and support returns.
  • To prevent fraud, secure the website, maintain records and resolve disputes.
  • To comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal obligations.
  • To send marketing only where permitted; you may opt out of promotional messages.

Who receives it

We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers such as Razorpay, hosting/security providers, couriers and customer-support tools. Their handling of data is also governed by their own policies and applicable law.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if legally required, to protect customers or the service, or as part of a genuine business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain order, transaction and support records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, legal compliance, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. No internet service is completely secure, but we use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards.

Your choices

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw consent where processing depends on it, or raise a grievance. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate claims.

Send a message marked “Privacy” or “Grievance” to official WhatsApp support. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant order or interaction.
